This was my favorite slide from Wednesday’s webinar. This discussion of effective closing strategies touched upon many tools and techniques, but in review, this subject jumped out at me. We all know how powerful a quality client reference can be in the process of earning your prospect’s business. So why not insert testimonials, which should include deep and detailed client quotes and metrics, early in the process? “Here is my proposal, and here is a great example of how this program achieved great results for a client just like you!” Happy selling!
